Key Responsibilities:
- Load Optimization: Select and assign the best loads to our drivers, maximizing productivity and profitability.
- Driver Support: Provide daily support to drivers, assisting with route planning, problem-solving, and communication.
- Real-Time Problem Solving: Quickly address any issues that arise, ensuring smooth operations and high client satisfaction.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between drivers and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in dispatching or logistics preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with logistics software and technology is a plus.
