As a Sales Professional, you’ll be responsible for driving our business growth by acquiring new clients and building strong, lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to expand StelTech’s client base.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with StelTech’s goals.
• Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics or a related industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
